A developer working a 12-hour day is worse than the example! Hours 1–8 are effective, hour 9 less effective, hours 10–12 increased bugs. Next day, hours 1–3 finding and fixing bugs, then 5 effective hours. Overtime = diminishing returns.

2. Have fun at work
3. Work 8 hours per day
