An excellent article about fish oils. I don’t care about ratios. I prefer real numbers.
So, I pulled up the fish oil you recommended and read the label. The one I am taking now has the 66% ratio, but only 8% less DHA than your recommended brand.
I will immediately double the dose and look at different brands next time I need a refill, now that I know what to look for.
I check my BP daily and will be interested if the stats change over a long period of time. I will probably compare 3-month ranges.
