Big thing is not to eat out of habit. I did two main things:
- Took a pack of sugar home and measured it. I can of coke contains 24 packs, or 120 per day. I switched to unsweetened tea, added 2 packs of sugar, and lost 25 pounds. I now drink tea without sugar.
- Removed all snacks from the house, except frozen chocolate chip cookies. I baked one at a time and ate it. Usually, that was enough. If I wanted another one, I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to bake.
Any trick that works.
I also cut portions at meals by 1/3.
