From your article, I realized that most people don’t think at all, either successful or unsuccessful. They just drift through life and at age 65, retire to more drifting.
I figured out what success was, for me, at age 34 in my work life and age 54 in my personal life. Before those times, I was just like the unsuccessful people in your article.
A co-worker said to me, “Nobody should look that happy to come to work!” Since I had to work, I wanted to have fun, and I did. I wanted a real partner in my personal life. My articles show the level of success.
For me, cars and tons of money was not a measure of success.
