Identity by sex is simple.

Everything else requires mind reading, prior knowledge, a good memory, belief that your statements are correct and true, or a correct interpretation of something by the viewer. That, along with their own history and preconceived ideas, puts an awful lot of pressure on an individual to be able to not offend you.

In theory, I agree with your points but it is not practical. Changing a language is not easy.
