I changed jobs for more money only one time. They lied about work hours. I couldn't quit because of a hiring clause fee through the recruiter. I did precisely what was presented in the interviews and no more. I was fired within 2 weeks and never took another job in the next 40 years for more money.

As for negative feedback, I learn about things I can change and ignore those I can't.
