I didn’t think that the court had a solid basis in Roe-v-Wade, either. The Georgia bill squashed my alternative thought. This approach may work better. However, I doubt that abortion is 20% of the real problem.
Quibbling over abortion laws is just a distractor from the real issue. I have seen no discussion about it and no proposed solutions.
My article, “A New Solution on Abortion”, addresses the other 80% hiding under the rug and locks down a solution for the abortion part. The court would have lots of fun with that.
Things like the Hyde amendment, which restricts Federal funding of abortions, isn’t covered and may even become irrelevant.
Of course, some people may just want to fight and not solve the problem.
