I don’t diet. I maintain portion control or frequency of high calorie foods.

We don’t keep snacks in the house like most people. If I want a snack, I eat one chocolate covered raisin and wait a half hour. Usually, I don’t want a second one.

People who diet usually do not change the habits that got them there.
