I gained 10 lbs on a two week cruise in September. I didn’t figure out how to control the portions until near the end. It is almost gone.
Weight varies from day to day by as much as a pound. I weigh myself with the same amount of clothes (none) just before breakfast every day. I don’t want it to go up 3 days in a row.
The biggest challenge is to avoid too many foods that add weight. I have to trick myself, like a snack of ONE chocolate coated raisin between meals. It takes discipline.
