I prefer that the electoral votes be by congressional district instead of by state, but don’t see that happening either. The state total would control only 2 votes. It would take a Constitutional amendment to change things. Until that happens, complaining is a waste of time.

Clinton won California by 4.4 million, but lost the rest of the country by 1.5 million.
