I see two logical possibilities about passive-aggressive posts.
- The person is being passive-aggressive as described. I would like to have seen a few specific examples.
- The person making the post would be shocked that you saw it as passive-aggressive. I have been in that position with something I said and wondered, “How did they come up with that idea from what I said?”
The responses are quite correct assuming the premise is correct.
