I wonder if it is your White voice or your Intelligent voice you are talking about. I would love to hear what the difference is in a project-management setting.

I grew up in an all-white, small northern town. My only exposure to black people was on TV and mainly comedy. I was shocked at college when the two guys across from my dorm room sounded just like everybody else. There was not a “black” dialect. Part of the problem is changing childhood learning that is completely prejudicial.
