It takes some work to figure out just what to eat to lose weight, and being Type 1, you have even more restrictions. It can be done with foods that you like, too. Here is how I did it and the 2nd article is how we handle Type 1 diabetes. I even have a way to handle binge-eating cookies in the first one.
