My wife and I do not go to a gym, either. We dance nightly to a free concert on the town square, usually from 5 to 7 PM.
We have fresh vegetables and fruit for almost every meal and limit restaurants to twice a week, just so that they will remain a treat.
We avoid doing really stupid things to ourselves, like taking unneeded supplements and too much of anything.
After that, we don’t worry about things that we have little control over. Less stress.
Maybe I will create a music list, too. Although the karaoke downloads will probably be enough.
