One of the hardest things to accept in life is that you can’t do everything.

You have to devote at least the minimum time slice for yourself, your daughter, your job (writing), and then everything else.

Nobody ever has enough time for everything. Once you accept that, things will feel better.

My wife raised a kid, cleaned houses for income, picked berries along the road, and got her B.S. and Masters without any student loans. I don’t know how she did it. That was before my time.
