Go to three 2-hr classes per day with the middle class split by lunch. Classes that promote discussion vs written tasks would fit since the discussions could continue over lunch, like the real world.
Isn’t that what school is supposed to do? Prepare people for the real world with a basis of knowledge and skills? That might be the approach to take in selling new ideas. Of course, making such a change will be like turning the Titanic.
