Titles are meaningless — I had 22 job titles, all doing the same work at the same level.
My goal was to have fun at work and for my trainees to expand their horizons. One said that she “learned more from me in 2 months than in the last year and a half, which included a 6-week computer programming boot camp.”
I solved problems and they learned to do the same thing.
