Unfortunately, racism is the elephant in the room, but not the only problem. I learned that in 1969 when I made a racist statement I'd heard all my life, but then noticed for the first time. Racism, Stereotypes and Prejudices are built into the language itself! I started looking for it then. It will take a long time to improve much.
