Violence against women isn’t surprising.

1. Men are generally stronger
2. Men are trained to be violent by the games they play while growing up
3. The large amount of time alone together
4. Kids see it while growing up — a self-generating cycle of what is “normal”

Changing a culture may take years, generations. The first step is to make it a shameful thing to do in movies and TV.
