Willingness to learn is only the first step. It helps if you know how you learn. Two people can follow the same steps and one will learn, the other will not.

I will be publishing an article later today showing how a romance novel is helping me learn to play the piano. I was taking classes the usual way and they did not work.

Of course, if one is not willing, everything else is moot. Great point.
