You don’t need any fad diets and you can still eat whatever you want, just not in any quantity.
Here is a first-hand example: I took a pack of sugar home and measured it. One can of Coke contains 24 packs of sugar. I drank 5 per day — 120 packs or 1 ¼ cups of sugar. I quit immediately. My kids said I was “cranky” during the withdrawal period. I was also too cheap to buy a longer belt.
